Dnyanarchana Apangsneha Bahuuddeshya Sanstha ("we", "us", "the Sanstha") runs this website to share our work and to receive donations. We keep this policy deliberately short, because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you donate: your name, email address, phone number and the amount you give. The payment itself is handled by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
When you contact us: your name, email, phone (if you provide it) and your message.
Basic technical data that your browser sends to any website, used only to keep the site secure and working. We do not run advertising or build profiles about you.

Why we collect it

To process your donation and email you an 80G receipt.
To reply to your message or enquiry.
To keep the records we are required to keep as a registered charitable organisation.

What we will never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with our payment gateway to complete your donation, or where the law requires us to.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to dnyan.apangsneha@gmail.com. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
